Knights Gallery

George Worsfold is a local, self taught fine oil artist and photographer. His paintings of animals, landscapes and seascapes, all display an obvious artistic talent which has developed into a unique and striking style. The paintings are captivating, you need only to look at the eyes of a tigers or an eagle in flight to feel how alive the paintings seem.


Painting is a wonderfully relaxing and rewarding hobby. George helps you progress at your own pace in a fun environment.
The gallery is open for browsing and both Georges own work and that of his students are available for sale. Many of the students have been attending classes with George for years and have sold considerable amounts of their own work through his gallery and exhibitions at the Centre.

New students of all ability levels are welcome. Most students attend classes weekly in 2 hour sessions however, holiday makers are welcome for pre-booked sessions (Price is inclusive of art materials). Children’s classes and gift vouchers are also available. The Courtyard is a beautiful and relaxing setting for learning to paint, students can often be found under the shade of one of the trees, enjoying the tranquillity.

Next to the gallery is Knights Photographic Studio. Photo sessions are available with no hidden charges or sitting fees, making this an excellent value option for portraits.
