Wedding Fair Exhibitors Information


6 and 7 November 2010

10am - 4pm.

The Courtyard Craft Centre Wedding Fairs have a limited number of stalls, so you are guaranteed to be one of a small number of your particular service, chosen on a first come first served bases.

Our stands are a 6' x 4'.  6’ tables can be hired if required.  We can supply power and extra space should you wish. You are welcome to bring a display board to place behind your table but the size must not be bigger than your agreed and purchased space. Our shows are open to the public between 10am and 4pm with set up from 8.00am and exhibitors must complete setting up of their stands by 9.30am. To discuss your needs and availability please contact

Advertising
The Courtyard Centre advertise with a number of local as well as other advertising means such as internet sites, bridal directories & magazines, leaflets, road signs and banners and aim to bring maximum business to your stands.

  • Banner advert at venue.
  • Event will be advertised to 3,000 local homes twice before the event
  • Dylan’s restaurant pulls in an incredible 1,000+ diners every weekend who will all see on-site promotional material 
  • There are several craft fairs scheduled for weekends leading up to the event, each with their own promotional activity – the wedding fair will feature wherever possible
  • Posters / leaflets - these will be displayed at venues and also given to exhibitors prior to wedding show to handout at their own premises if requested. We will also display road signs where ever possible.
  • Will be placed in all local listings (inc. wedding specific)
